Project description:
The project is a 20,731 square foot medical facility that house over 80 rooms for medical/surgical services, a dental clinic, Area On Aging Services and social service offices.
Our scope of the project was the final phase. Phases included the slab and erecting of the middle building columns and roof structure as well as the site work.
These portions were constructed by Crescent City Builders. Our phase was to construct the exterior walls and all interior improvements sufficient to create a working health clinic.
