Project Description:
Pierson Company began our association with Papa John's Pizza in 2000 when we were selected to bid for the Eureka project. Our bid, though not the lowest, included general discussions on how the project might be revised in order to yield savings to the owner.
Based on this approach, our firm was selected as the contractor. True to our word, we were able to achieve construction savings for the company and the total cost of the project came in well below the low bidder.
Our company stepped in when the corporate finishing crew did not arrive on time. Our people stayed throughout the night completing network cabling and equipment installation in order to meet the company's opening schedule.
